- Prices are in INR and include GST. COD orders carry an extra Rs 50 fee, and online payments get a 5% discount.
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, you can request a return or replacement if eligible.

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email or message once it is accepted.
You can cancel your order yourself until it is shipped. Log in to My Account → Orders and click Cancel, or use the “Cancel this order” link in your order confirmation email. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled. Please check your products, quantity, and delivery address before you pay.
Naturolia may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the order cannot be delivered to your pincode, a payment or technical error occurred, or the order appears fraudulent or violates these Terms. In such cases, any amount paid is refunded in full.

5. Payment and Billing
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay, and we do not store your card, UPI, or net banking details. If your payment fails or is declined, the order will not be processed.
6. Account and Data Deletion
If you have created an account, you may ask us to delete it, along with your associated personal data, by emailing info@naturolia.in from your registered email address. We will process your request within 7 business days, except where we must keep certain records by law, such as tax and invoice records.
7. Health and Product Use
Our products are wellness and Ayurvedic products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and results may vary from person to person. Please read the product label and our Disclaimer, and consult a qualified healthcare professional before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
8. Use of the Website and Restrictions
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Try to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website or its systems.
- Misuse its features, or attempt to disrupt or damage the Website.
- Use the Website to place fraudulent or false orders.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
